2025 Juneteenth Celebration at Sinclair College!

Join Us for a Juneteenth Celebration - 2 EVENTS!

Sinclair College celebrates Juneteenth on Wedneday, June 18, 2025 (Campus CLOSED on June 19, 2025). Join us for two events: 

• 11:00 am Celebration and FREE LUNCH - featuring spoken-word artist, Laurent Che and over 20+ vendors
• 6:00 pm Film Screening & Discussion: "When We Free the World" - a documentary film by Kevin Powell that explores the meaning of manhood through the perspectives of 70 black men across five generations. In-peson discussion follows with director/creators Kevin Powell and Evangeline Lawson. 

All Are Welcome - this event is FREE, open to the community, and FREE parking is available in Lot C, located under Building 12.

2025 Juneteenth Celebration at Sinclair College! is taking place at Sinclair Conference Center, which is located at 444 W Third St in Dayton. Sinclair Conference Center - IACC approved venue with rental space and event planning assistance. We provide in house catering and underground parking is available!
