Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga with the aerial hammock. In this class, you will stretch, strengthen, condition, and restore while using the hammock as a prop. This class is appropriate for all clients of any skill level.
NO EXPERIENCE NECCESSARY! This class is perfect for beginners or those curious about aerial arts!
