Intensive Wheel Pottery Art Camp
Ages: 10-14 years
Fee: $98 per camper
July 22-24 | 9:30-11:30 AM
Have a budding potter that is ready for a challenge? This camp is for young potters who have attended wheel pottery classes previously and enjoyed the process. We will practice throwing forms, trimming to shape their works and will glaze a ready made pottery cup. We'll talk kiln shop and what techniques and processes help us achieve our project goals.
Students works will be ready approx. 2 weeks after camp for pick up.
All campers receive an eco-friendly tote bag to carry their projects home in! Attending multiple camps? No worries! Although these make great grocery bags :) we can swap for other camp merch after the first attended camp.
**It is important for students to feel comfortable being hands-on with clay and to be attentive during the camp. Physical injuries will prohibit students from using the pottery wheel.
