The Dayton Battle of the Bands January – February 2022! The goal with this friendly competition is to shine light on new and upcoming bands in the community!

Dayton Battle of the Bands

The Dayton Battle of the Bands on Thursday evenings starting Jan 20  – February 24,  2022.  The finale is scheduled for Saturday, February 26. 

THUR, FEB 24TH
Dayton Battle of the Bands - Week 1 (rescheduled from Jan) features jam / funk / reggae from 4 local bands (list below). This is a fun way to check out new, local, original music!

- LUV LOCZ EXPERIMENT
- MOJO POWER
- SETH GILLIAM & THE FAKE NEWS
Week 1 is held on Thursday, February 24th at The Brightside (905 E 3rd St, Dayton). NOTE: This show was rescheduled from Jan.
Doors open at 7pm / Show 7:30-10:30pm. $10 adv or day of show. Please be prompt to see all the bands! All ages welcome.
Each ticket buyer gets one vote.

The winner of this round earns a spot on the Levitt Dayton schedule for Summer 2022, gets a live video of their performance in the finale from Sound Valley, and will compete to win an EP session from Dayton Sound Studios and the Dayton BOTB title!
 
SAT, FEB 26TH
We're so excited for our Dayton Battle of the Bands 2022 Finale! Check out our 6 exciting and talented finalists on Saturday, February 26th from 7-11pm. Please be prompt to see all the bands perform! Doors open at 6:30pm. We'll have on-site food from Phat & Rich.
