Major Taylor Cycling Club's 16th Annual Signature Ride benefiting The Victory Project and Sunlight Village is Saturday, July 8. Routes from 18 to 100 miles as well as a family ride 10 miles.

16th Annual MTCCD Signature Bike Ride
Major Taylor Cycling Club of Dayton will host our 16 th Major Taylor Signature Bike Ride. This year we have several scenic routes 17, 40, 64 and 100, There is also a 10 mile Family Fun Ride (with children 17 years of age and under). A parent or guardian is required to accompany all participants 12 years of age and under. Ride proceeds benefit The Victory Project and Sunrise Village.
This year routes are similar to last year for the 40 and 64 mile route and the 17 mile route has the option to be almost entirely on the bike path while still going to the first rest stop. All routes will start together on a mostly flat course to rolling hills. After the 1st reststop the route becomes more challenging for the 40, 64 and century routes and the longer two routes have more rolling hills with the "Hills of Howe" loop added for those on the century route. The century riders need to start by 6:30 am to ensure they can finish the route in the alloted time. The route takes you through Dayton, Moraine, Jefferson, West Carrollton, Farmersville, Lewisburg, Brookville and back to Dayton.
This is a fully supported ride with well stocked rest stops and SAG support. We will follow all local and state COVID-19 guidelines. This year we will bring back theh mass start for those who desire this option. All riders may also start between 6:30-9 am (although century riders should start by 6:30 am) and the family ride is at 9:30 am.
The routes are well marked and detailed maps will be available prior to event for self printing. Ridewithgps route link for downloaded to yoru phone or other device will be emailed to registered participants within the week of the ride.
