Monday, December 18, 2023Let us show you all the benefits of Ballroom dancing: social, physical and mental. Learn a life skill that will get you into the action instead of sitting on the sidelines.
Dance Lessons at Arbor Hall - Every Monday (Holidays excluded). No classes on Memorial Day or Labor Day.
Each Monday there are three periods of dance instruction:
An Early Bird Add-On Group Lesson, for advanced students, from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm
Followed by separate lessons for ALL levels (Basic, Bronze I, Bronze II, Silver) from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
After the lessons, we have an open social dance to practice the steps you learned with your fellow classmates from 9:00 to 10:30
All of this followed by an Open Dance to practice from 9:15 pm to 10:30 pm.
