This presentation explains how your kidneys support your overall health as you age. It highlights common changes in kidney function, warning signs to watch for, and simple, practical steps you can take to keep your kidneys healthy and working well. This free workshop presented by Premier Health will shed light on the causes and health implications of loneliness and isolation as well as provide tools to stay connected to others.
The City of Springboro partners with Premier Health for a speaker series on the third Tuesday of each month. A variety of health and wellness topics are covered, including those that affect older citizens. All presentations are free at the Springboro Performing Arts Center, 115 Wright Station Way.
