Parenting During Constantly Changing Times Free Webinar Series

Have you ever heard the saying, "The only thing that is constant, is change?" During these unique times, that couldn't be truer. Parents are facing new challenges with less support than usual and without any warning, preparation or training. Foster-adoptive parents and parents of children with special needs and/or a trauma history face additional challenges that require special skills.

So we want to remind you that Parents Toolshop® and Foster Parents Toolshop® provide free live monthly support webinars for parents. Over the next few months, we are partnering with a trauma-informed expert in parenting special needs children for a parenting webinar series that provides support, resources, and personalized coaching and training around the ever-changing issues parents will be facing in the upcoming months.

Each month, we're offering two free parenting webinars to discuss both time-sensitive and timeless parenting issues. The 2nd Tuesday of the month is for all parents and the 4th Tuesday is for parents of child with special needs or a trauma history.

Each webinar is co-facilitated by Emily Ragland MR, owner of communiTEAM in North Carolina, and Jody Johnston Pawel, LSW, CFLE, who is the author of the award-winning book, The Parent’s Toolshop®, an internationally-known but locally-grown parenting expert who was the Parenting Expert for the Dayton Daily News 937-513 website and the first-ever Dayton Parent Magazine. Both are trauma-informed parenting specialists and Emily is also a family life coach to parents of special needs children.

You can register for one, some, or all of the webinars, in one or both series. Participation certificates are provided for people who attend the live webinar. Each registration link offers the dates, to choose which webinars to attend.
