Tree of Life Community will be hosting its Second Annual None of Us Are Free until All of Us Are Free event at Peace on Fifth April 20, 2013!
The focus for this year’s event will be to raise awareness about the local, national, and global problem of human trafficking and modern day slavery.
Tree of Life Community has partnered with Stop Human Trafficking Dayton and Peace on Fifth, to share the message for this year’s event. We will begin with an interfaith candle light prayer at 5 p.m., led by Mary Reaman Pastor of Tree of Life Community, to join our energy with those who want to put an end to oppression, abuse of power, and violence against others.
There will then be brief presentations by representatives of Stop Human Trafficking Dayton, and Peace on Fifth, followed by a period of question and answer. Literature will be available upon request.
This event will be interpreted for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing.
