Momma and Me Dance Class
How often do we spend our weekends entertaining kiddos and feel like we'd love to do something to nurture our own bodies and souls? This class aims to foster the technique and creativity of young dancers while inspiring and challenging the dancing mom. The class foundation is in ballet technique and various other dance forms are incorperated as well as many movement games to keep the little ones enthusiastic. Come, build coordination, rhyhhm, body awareness and strength with us, and enjoy some physical activity on a Sunday afternoon.
Classes meet from 3 to 4 on Sundays at
