El Meson Expands Patio, Celebrates with New Monthly Fiesta
Spring is a time of growth and revitalization. El Meson is embracing this concept by doubling the size of their third patio and celebrating with their new monthly dinner party, Fiesta A La Familia. “Since the restaurant began over 35 years ago, we have always been committed to reinvesting in the business. This party will give guests a chance to preview all the big improvements we have been working on!” Bill Castro, second generation owner, said.
The expanded patio will be on the western side of the restaurant near the entrance. “Once construction is completed, the new patio will comfortably seat 75 guests with brand new chairs, dining tables and umbrellas. We are especially excited to be adding wood burning fire pits that will add ambiance to the space.” Marie Castro, second generation owner, said.
To celebrate this big expansion, El Meson plans to host a “Fiesta A La Familia” diner party in conjunction with their preview night. “Fiesta A La Familia is a new monthly concept in which guests enjoy appetizers, entrees and desserts all served family style to the table. “We previewed this concept in March and everybody had such a great time that we decided to make it a monthly event. We plan to host these fiestas on the first Wednesday of every month” Brian Johnson, events organizer, said. Guests will be treated to 8 different dishes and a special tour of the new patio. Tickets are $37.50 per person and can be purchased in advance at the restaurant or online.
