Free Family Film at the Neon - Meet Curious George In Person!
Dayton Metro Library has partnered with The Neon, ThinkTV, and PBS to host a free family film at The Neon on Saturday, July 9.
Families can enjoy a special showing of “Exploring the Library Day” with Curious George. The program begins with a read-along video of DML’s Ms. Winnie. Children will also be able to obtain free summer slide activities and resources from Dayton Metro Library.
After the “Exploring the Library” program, children and their parents are invited to meet Curious George and attend a free hands-on event at the Main Library at 1 pm. The Main Library is located at 215 E. Third Street, two blocks north of The Neon.
Doors to the Neon will open at 10:30 am. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Neon is located at 130 E. 5th Street. Free ground level parking is available across the street. For more information about this event, contact the Library’s Ask Me Line at 937.463.2665.
