Featuring TLC, Color Me Badd, Coolio, Rob Base and C+C Music Factory with Freedom Williams.
Due to overwhelming demand, I Love The 90’s will return to Fraze Pavilion on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 7:30 pm with I Love The 90’s – The Party Continues! The all-new lineup will feature TLC, Color Me Badd, Coolio, Rob Base and C+C Music Factory with Freedom Williams.
Regarded as one of the greatest musical trios of all time by Billboard magazine and widely acknowledged as the greatest girl-group in history, TLC garnered both commercial success and artistic renown with songs like “Waterfalls,” “Baby-Baby-Baby,” “Ain’t 2 Proud 2 Beg” and “What About Your Friends.”
Color Me Badd is one of the top R&B vocal groups of all time. The group has sold 12 million records in the United States with 3 number 1 singles and 17 top 20 singles including “I Wanna Sex You Up,” “I Adore Mi Amor,” “All 4 Love,” “Thinkin’ Back,” and “Slow Motion.”
Making his mark with the 1994 hit, “Fantastic Voyage,” and following with a remake of Stevie Wonder’s “Pastime Paradise,” Coolio scored big with “Gangsta’s Paradise” in 1995, becoming his first number one pop single and also the first ghetto-centric rap song to hit number one in the U.K.
Rob Base is best known with DJ E-Z Rock as the hip-hop duo from Harlem New York with their hit “It Takes Two,” a 1988 platinum-selling release that has since become one of the classic hits of the genre. Other hits include “Joy & Pain,” “I Wanna Rock” and “Get On The Dance Floor.”
C+C Music Factory formed in 1989 and are best known for their five hit singles, “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now),” “Here We Go (Let’s Rock & Roll),” “Things That Make You Go Hmmmm…,” “Just a Touch of Love” and “Keep It Comin’.”
