Open Interviews will be 2/10/2022 from 10am to 4pm.
Location: Bennett J. Cooper Re-Entry Center Complex 1901 South Gettysburg Avenue Dayton, Ohio 45418
Dayton Correctional Institution will be conducting Open Interviews and making same day job offers for the position of Correction Officer.
Applicants will need to bring copies of their high school diploma, GED or College transcripts, driver's license and DD214 if applicable.
If you are selected a conditional offer of employment will be made pending successful completion of a background investigation which will include but is not limited to criminal history (BCI & FBI fingerprints and local law enforcement checks) and a negative drug test.

- Instructions: Additionally, on the day of your interview, please be mindful that you are interviewing at a Correctional Institution thus appropriate attire is business casual, however, no jeans or T-shirts, or stretch pants, yoga type pants, or in shorts. Additionally, you are required to walk through a metal detector and security will be checking for items that are NOT permitted inside the institution. These items consist of, but are not limited to, tobacco products, radios, cameras, cell phones, personal pagers, fingernail files, glass containers, pressurized spray can, pocketknife, or personal tools of any kind.
