The Versailles Poultry Days’ Board of Directors and the Village of Versailles welcome you to the annual Poultry Days festival.

Versailles Poultry Days

The Versailles Poultry Days’ Board of Directors and the Village of Versailles welcome you to the 68th annual Poultry Days festival June 14th, 15th and 16th 2019.

Poultry Days is an annual community festival which began in 1952 to celebrate the area’s history as a leading poultry-producer and is held the second full weekend in June. Arrive early to enjoy one of our World-Famous chicken dinners.  Since 1952 this village of less than 3,000 people has sold 1,012,685 of these delicious dinners.  Last year 28,520 dinners were sold, but arrive early as they can sell quickly.

The 2019 festival theme is “Rock -n- Roll All Night & Poultry Every Day!”  Think early 1970’s hair bands, rock and roll with a poultry twist!  Festival Chairman Alex Luthman shared “The theme to me brings to light what I think of when Poultry Days comes to mind.  The music, party, and of course the chicken!  What a great opportunity we have to raise thousands of dollars for local organizations in the Versailles area and fund Heritage Park by putting on the county’s biggest festival!”
