Welcome to the Bonton Hotel! Come inside this sultry bawd and lose yourself in the lascivious proclivities of its inhabitants. Follow the courtesans to their rooms and witness their stories firsthand with all of your senses; But be aware, in the BonTon, everyone is part of the story, and you may find yourself deeply enmeshed in its world. You may, in fact, leave with your own story to tell--or secrets to keep.
Inside the Bonton, you might lose yourself in the intrigue of the bawdy world as you go from room to room exploring the Hotel's inner workings. Enter a room and witness live recreations taken directly from classic erotic literature. Philosophie de Boudoir by Marquis de Sade, The Dialogues of Luisa Sigea by Nicolas Chorier, and The Oldest Profession by Lujo Bassermann are a few of the pieces that will be featured. In addition, witness scenes created from real anecdotes from Dayton's own Red Light history. All of this, presented in dramatic performance and sensual pleasure that satisfies all the senses. Allow yourself to get lost as you are guided by not only your desires but those of the workers of the establishment themselves who will love nothing more than to share their secrets with you. Meet the Madame herself, Lib Hedges, one of the most successful women in Dayton's history. If it serves you, wander over to the bar and chat up one of our frequenting Johns or Jezebels. Or if you're feeling particularly bold, pay a visit to our resident dominatrix, Temptress Raven Eve. However you choose to indulge, the story is yours to discover.
The Bonton is the first of its kind here in the Dayton area. It is an interactive live theatrical performance, featuring environmental exploration, classic erotic literature, burlesque, personal dominatrix sessions, and libations. It will be yours to interact with as much or as little as you desire.
