Recovery Dharma: Inquiry Meeting
Recovery Dharma is a Buddhist inspired, peer-led movement and community, unified by our trust in the potential of each of us to recover and find freedom from the suffering of addiction.
Inquiry questions are found in every program of recovery, and they are an extremely important factor in understanding the true nature of the suffering of our addictions. Recovery Dharma inquiry questions were written with the vision of combining the wisdom of recovery with the wisdom of the Four Noble Truths, Eightfold Path, and Five Precepts. In this meeting we will reflect on inquiry questions independently with journaling and meditation, as well as in group discussion.
Addiction takes many forms, we are all addicted to something. Whether it's alcohol/drug, food, scrolling, codependency, overspending, or something else... We believe that recovery means empowerment, and we support each other as we walk the path of empowerment together. We believe that true recovery comes finding our own inner wisdom and individual journeys. All are welcome.
