There’s something radical, rebellious, and wild about being a half-naked woman in a safe community of other half-naked females.
Whether you're comfortable in your physical form and want to celebrate it, or you’re looking to practice greater love & kindness toward accepting your body, this meditation is for you.
This is a practice that eradicates shame, guilt, and fear, leaning into gratitude and wonder. It is a practice of moving the awareness of our body from the discovery of the maiden, through the nurturing ability of the mother, and to the pure wisdom of the crone, without reservation or apology.
Practice begins clothed, the room is dark and moody with candles. Over the course of the gathering, we will disrobe from the waist up in a sacred container.
You can expect breathwork, pathworking, meditation, lots of props, candles & a sharing circle.
