Love Language of Lineage - Offered by Thresholds

Join Tristan and Shannon in circle for an offering of ancestral connection. Through intentional movement and meditation, allow yourself to tap into the wisdom and insight that flows; allowing us the beautiful opportunity for personal growth and deep healing of the ancestral wounds we carry in this lifetime.

In an embodied asana of ancient Celtic and Nordic wisdom, connect your body and breath, honoring your whole self, your ancestors of blood and/or spirit, and the old ways through yogic postures, somatic movement, and intuitive journaling.

Following the asana, in our meditative state, we will set the intention to connect with our

ancient ancestors, through meditation and visualization, opening our hearts to their wisdom. These ancients are those who are most invested in our personal growth and most beneficial to our forward movement and evolution.

A communal tea circle will follow to close the experience and allow participants to share any insights or wisdom gleaned throughout their journey.

Gentle suggestion to bring:

- Yoga mat
- Snuggly socks or any comfort cozies
- Journal and favorite writing implement
- An item that represents the ancestral lineage to which you feel most connected

Tristan and Shannon created Thresholds with the intention for it to serve as a container for magic, mindfulness, and transformative personal empowerment experiences. Thresholds provides online programs, private and group experiences, community gatherings, workshops, sacred ceremony, and wellness retreats.

Signature offerings include SoulFest, Love Language of Lineage, and Stories of the Wheel. Thresholds also hosts a series of Wild Reciprocity ventures, encouraging a relationship of gratitude and grit with the land that sustains, nourishes, and inspires.

Tristan O’Grady has long walked the spiral path of nature-centered intentional living. She is deeply rooted within her Celtic ancestry and joyfully offers the opportunity of ancient ancestral connection and the practice of the old ways with her students. She finds beauty and wisdom in the darkest, most shadowy of spaces - within her Self and within the Selves of others. It is her humble honor to create space for the beautiful mystery and discovery of Shadow and Light in all who seek balance, personal growth, and self-empowerment.

Tristan is a Certified 200 hour Yoga Guide, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with an emphasis in Jungian Psychology.
