We all have a Spirit Team. In Spiritualism we believe you were born with an inner band of guides and develop an outer band of guides as we grow older. Many of us have seen the movies where multiverses exist and while it may seem made up, there is a layer of truth to this.
Class 1 - The Foundation
Class 2 - Elementals & Spirit Animals
Class 3 - Ancestors & Angels
Class 4 - Ascended Masters & Deities
Class 5 - Extra Terrestrials & Soul Groups

And we will end class with a meditation to be able to discern between your ego and your higher self.
