Ohio's leading blues exports, IBC winning guitarist/singer/bandleader Sean Carney and powerhouse vocalist Shaun Booker join forces for a select number of US engagements and a summer 2015 European tour. Booker and Carney collaborated in 2012 for a Colombian tour culminating with top billing at Cali Festival de Blues, and with more US festival booking coming in, it felt natural to begin work on a CD that will be released in early 2015. With family roots in Meridian, Mississippi, it’s no surprise that Shaun’s sound is firmly rooted in gospel music and in her three decades of touring in The USA, she’s matured into a versatile singer, who is constantly in demand, for her ability to connect with and MOVE her audiences.
