Join the Astronomy Department at the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery on January 20 for a celebration of the SUPER BLOOD WOLF MOON.
***Because this is a LATE NIGHT event, we are asking participants to RSVP.***
Help support astronomy education -- and special programs like this one! A suggested donation of $5/person may be paid online or in person.
Schedule of Events:
10:00 p.m. - Join us in the planetarium for a lighthearted game about werewolf movies, moon trivia and more.
10:30 p.m. - View the premier of our new show: Seeing! A Photon's Journey Across Space, Time and Mind, narrated by Neil DeGrasse Tyson.
11:00 p.m. - Weather permitting, journey outside to watch the eclipse with binoculars and telescopes to view the Moon as it enters the Earth's shadow with our experienced astronomy staff!
