Heartstrings - Far Hills Music Series

The Wright Memorial Public Library Foundation presents the second year of our Far Hills Music Series.

Heartstrings is a group of four women who have enjoyed making music together for twenty-five years. They perform both instrumental and vocal music with a signature blend of acoustic instruments including fiddle, guitar, mandolin, banjo, flute, concertina, hammered dulcimer and recorder. Their repertoire draws predominantly from the Celtic and Appalachian musical traditions but also includes music of other cultures such as Scandinavian, Italian and eastern European.
