2017 Healing Jar Gala and Art Auction to support Health Partners Free Clinic
Please join us on May 17th at 5PM for the 8th annual Healing Jar Gala and Art Auction in support of the Health Partners Free Clinic mission, which is to provide free access to healthcare for the uninsured and underserved residents of Miami County. The event will include a cocktail hour, catered dinner, featured speaker Sherman Bradley, and multi-media art auction, containing pieces obtained through a collaboration with the Piqua Arts Council and other local artisits.
Sherman Bradley is the founder of Consider The Poor, LLC and Consider the Poor of Ohio non-profit. CTP LLC is an advocacy, consulting, training and service company (A.C.T.S.) focused on breaking the cycle of poverty. Consider the Poor of Ohio is producer and sponsor of HopeFest Health & Education Festivals for families in poverty, serving thousands of disenfranchised in partnership with University of Cincinnati, the City of Cincinnati, Children’s Hospital Medical Center, businesses, churches, organizations and volunteers. Extensive data has been collected on the health care practices of families in poverty.
