Refugee Resettlement Fundraiser
Kick off your summer with a fun & festive day and night in downtown Dayton, celebrating the wonderful culture and diversity that refugees from around the globe have brought to our city! The morning is family-friendly and the evening is designed to be a fun and intriguing night out just for the grown-ups.
Head downtown for Welcome Dayton’s FREE World Refugee Day festivities from 11am to 2pm at Dayton Metro Library. There will be a panel, cultural displays, music, dancing, light refreshments, and even a room with kids’ activities.
Then join us at the Packard Museum for Catholic Social Services’ annual Shine Dayton Celebration from 6 to 10pm. Enjoy food, beer & wine, entertainment, and raffles – all while surrounded by gorgeous cars from America’s past. Tickets are just $50, and proceeds support the work of our Refugee Resettlement Program.
