ARTery Gallery Holiday Kick Off

The ARTery, a Gallery at Front Street is having a Holiday Kickoff this month November 4th, 1st Friday from 5-9 pm.  Tyler Roberson, # 1 DJ and owner of Ohio’s Greatest Music will be providing awesome musical entertainment from 6-9 pm.  The Gallery will also be providing light refreshments for their visitors and kind patrons who have supported them over the years. So, if shoppers are looking for unique one-of-a-kind gifts for the special people in their life for any occasion, The ARTery Gallery is a great place to start!  The ARTery members recently shuffled their wall spaces for a fresh new look, and many artists will have new work on display.  Their New Visiting artist for November is Joyce Lagedrost, who is a versatile painter of many different mediums, and she will have a designated space where her work will be on display as well.

“Small Treasures”, A NEW Special exhibit, will be on display during November and December openings containing a wide variety of small, affordable works of art created by many of the 16 current artist and artisan members of the ARTery Gallery.  Their main gallery, and “Small Treasures” exhibit will be open and available for visitors and shoppers this month 1st Friday 5-9 pm as usual, and again on Small Business Saturday, November 26th from 11am to 4pm instead of their normal 3rd Sunday opening.  On Small Business Saturday there will be a Front Street Christkindl Market with Outdoor Vendors in the parking lot. Other activities on the Front Street campus include Selfies with Santa, Christmas Carolers, Chestnuts over an open fire and more than 250 artists and small business will be open for business including the ARTery Gallery located in the Front Street Building #100, Door B-C, 3rd Floor.

Last month the ARTery presented a special “HeART for Ukraine” exhibit and raised almost $600 in funds to help feed hungry people in Ukraine. The artists and artisans in the ARTery Gallery, as well as other friends and artists from Front Street and beyond contributed a variety of wonderful work to this worthy cause.  The Gallery is very grateful for everyone who contributed work and they wish to offer special thanks to all the patrons who contributed to this worthy cause by purchasing work from this exhibit and donating extra funds above their purchases.
