Join us Saturday, May 30 for a night of free live music featuring legendary funk and soul group The Bar-Kays alongside regional favorites Plazmatic and Freakquency. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, grab dinner from local food trucks, and enjoy an evening of music, dancing, and community in the heart of downtown Dayton. Everyone is welcome on the lawn for this free, family-friendly celebration of funk music and connection.

Funk Amplified Lineup:

• 5:45 p.m. Freakquency: Freakquency is a “Funk Fusion” band from Dayton, and winner of the Dayton Battle Of The Bands in 2024
• 6:45 p.m. Plazmatic: Plazmatic is a Cincinnati-based band specializing in captivating live performances with high production value.
• 8 p.m. The Bar-Kays: Despite unimaginable obstacles, the Bar-Kays have endured as one of the longest-running funk and soul groups of all time.
