Women's Self Defense Class
Christina Bayley is an accomplished Taekwondo Coach and Fitness Instructor. She is going to conduct a Self-Defense and Empowerment class for ladies at CrossFit Dayton on December 9th from 10-11am.
Her goal is to empower everyone using the platform of Martial Arts. Learn about awareness, de-escalation skills, and practical self-defense regardless of size and strength. Empowerment for all. You do not have to be a member of the gym to attend. No Experience Required.
