Vegetarian Cuisine Health Cooking Class with Chef Erin
Meatless cuisine can fill you up deliciously! This class is for anyone who likes to incorporate some meatless options into their diet without filling up on only carbs. Often times vegetarians enjoy much better health outcomes, and many think you have to give up rich tasty foods to do so. That is just not true! This class will kick that notion to the curb. Their will be a brief health lesson, a full meal served, cooking demonstrations, recipe handouts, and time for discussion/ substitution ideas. On the menu so far: Handmade mushroom burgers, homemade black bean burgers atop multi-grain buns, served with tomato avocado salad, sweet potato "fries," and a non-disclosed dessert :-) . It's going to be both delicious and nutritious. There will be plenty of protein to satisfy even the hungriest of bellies. The cost is only $25. Call by July 23rd to pre-register.
