Regulate Your Nervous System
The vagus nerve regulates your relaxation response. When you are chronically in a fight or flight response you cannot feel relaxed. In fact, you may feel anxious and overall unwell.
Come to the vagus nerve workshop where you will learn how this cranial nerve controls the relaxation response and how to activate it! This is a hands on workshop with practice and coaching of the exercises.
