Learn to Love Craft Chocolate: Intro Class
Learn more about craft chocolate at a very interactive imaginative class. And then eat great chocolate.
The intro class will walk you through what chocolate is, how to eat chocolate, different types of chocolate, and how to find your favorite single origin craft chocolate. This is a slow moving class and is meant for people who enjoy learning and exploring new foods. Next class is September 22 from 630-8P at Pink Moon Goods in Dayton's Historic Huffman District. Included in the class are a tasting mat, palate cleanse, and generous samples of chocolate. See you there.
