Do you know Am. Sub. H.B. 49 enacted a sales tax holiday to occur only in 2018. The holiday starts on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. Additionally, Sub. S.B. 226 provided for a permanent sales tax holiday on the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of August each year.
During the holiday, the following items are exempt from sales and use tax:
