This is a fun run or hike where you will follow a trail of flour not knowing exactly where it will lead. Trail length ~4 miles. One or more beer/water stops along the way!
Date: Saturday, July 8, 2023
Time: 4 pm
Location: Spring Lake Park, 2191 Ferry Rd, Sugarcreek Township, OH 45305. Meet at the large parking lot northeast of the lake.
Cost: $8 for beer drinkers; otherwise, $4. Free for first time hashers!
Hare: Dah Gimp
Hash Trail: Medium length ~4 miles. Mostly scenic woodland trails. Trail is A-B. Trail ends at one of Gimp's orienteering friend's backyard. He and his wife have a large woodland backyard with a custom-built adult size playset. Feel free to climb up to the upper levels and enjoy your beer and the view! They even offered to build a bonfire for us. Very cool! Afterwards we'll shuttle everyone back to their cars.
Dogs: Allowed on a leash. Must be friendly to people and other dogs.
Children: Adults only for first time hashers, since many of us do drink beer. ??
On-After: El Toro, 4421 W Franklin St, Bellbrook, OH 45305. We've been there before. They have good Mexican food and margaritas! ??
