Springboro Walk and Geocaching event

In celebration of National Trails Day, the City of Springboro is sponsoring a Walk and Geocaching event 10 a.m. – noon Saturday, June 1 at Clearcreek Park, 3500 West Lower Springboro Road and E. Milo Beck Park, 3143 West Lower Springboro Road.

There will be geocaches placed in the parks. Geocaching is an outdoor activity where participants seek geocache containers by using a Global Positioning System, or GPS. For National Trails Day we will have four special geocache containers. 

This FREE event, sponsored by the Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee (BPAC) and Park Board, takes place rain or shine. Free trail snacks and water will be available at both parks. Food will be available for purchase at the concession stand at Clearcreek Park.

Springboro Walk and Geocaching event is taking place at Clearcreek Park, which is located at 3500 W Lower Springboro Rd in Franklin. Clearcreek Park - 10 soccer fields, 8 baseball/softball diamonds, 2 football/soccer/LAX fields, 1 shelter, 2 playgrounds, 1.3 mile paved walking trail and a concession stand with shelter.
