Get in a work out while your little one plays beside you!
Dads, grandparents, LGBTQ parents and other caregivers with little ones welcome, too! Can’t get away from the kids to work out? Too exhausted to find the time? Come take a load off, fill your cup, move your body and even sweat a little while your little one has fun, too. All experience levels are welcome and all ages are welcome. You and your kiddo can come as you are! Bring a mat for you and a blanket for pre-crawlers to lounge on. Give your body the thanks it deserves with a fun, invigorating practice that allows you to bond with your kiddo at the same time. Register today and give yourself the gift of a yoga practice right now, without sacrificing time with your little one! Each registration includes one caregiver and their children. Yoga ends at 11 to allow time for play and socializing afterwards. Toys for the littles provided!
