Can’t get away from the kids to work out? Too exhausted to find the time? Come give Mommy and Me Yoga a try! And it's not JUST for moms. Dads, grandparents, LGBTQ parents, and other caregivers with little ones welcome! Come take a load off, fill your cup, move your body, and even sweat a little while your little one has fun, too! Stay for some play and social time after, with toys for the kiddos provided! Pre-registration is required, and space is limited.
