Be a Blessing: Art in the City

As part of The Co’s ongoing Arts & Wellness initiatives, the public is invited to participate in a transformative experience that uses mindful art-making, reflection, and action to foster inclusion and connection.

Led by Dr. Elyssa Wortzman, this workshop will introduce simple, accessible practices designed to cultivate compassion and a deeper recognition of our shared humanity. Together, we’ll explore what it means—individually and collectively—to be a blessing in the world.

The program concludes with a 15–20 minute social activation in the Rotunda, where participants will take part in a silent, choreographed gesture of acknowledgment and connection—entering a symbolic social contract that reinforces the shared experience through intentional presence. To carry the message forward after the event, participants may purchase a “Be a Blessing” sweatshirt from The CoSHOP for $20. Purchase is optional and not required for participation.

This event is free with Eventbrite registration.
