This workshop offers compassionate education about the grieving process and provides practical strategies for coping with loss in everyday life. Participants will explore ways to care for their emotional well‑being, navigate common challenges, and support others in the community who may be experiencing grief. The session emphasizes empathy, connection, and healing in a supportive group environment. Free & open to the public.
The City of Springboro partners with Premier Health for a speaker series on the third Tuesday of each month. A variety of health and wellness topics are covered, including those that affect older citizens. All presentations are free at the Springboro Performing Arts Center, 115 Wright Station Way.
