Micro Drone Race at the Air Force Museum
See fast-flying micro machines as pilots race their drones over, under, around and through a custom course set among historic aircraft in the Museum’s second building. Spectators can follow the action along the course and on large screens showing real-time “pilot’s-eye” views.
In addition to the racing, visitors can enjoy hands-on STEM activities and interactive exhibits from the Engineers Club of Dayton and Sinclair College, featuring drone and flight simulators and highlights of how early guidance systems connect to today’s drone technology and UAS careers.
