Call of the Tropics

Join us for a festival of Tiki art, music and Mid-Century culture on July 6-21 at the Color of Energy Gallery in Dayton, Ohio.

This special art exhibition is presented by the Fraternal Order of Moai’s Kon-Tiki chapter and celebrates the current revival of the Tiki culture of mid-20th century America.

The Tiki art show features works by nationally known artists and carvers including Robb Hamel, Doug Horne, Derek Yaniger, "Tiki Tony” Murphy and Dave Hansen, among many others.

The festival also features performances by surf and rockabilly bands, an Exotica music DJ and a Hawaiian singer-guitarist.

All events are free and open to the public.

The Color of Energy Gallery is at 16 Brown Street, off East Fifth Street in Dayton’s historic Oregon Arts District.
