Carroll Students portray the nostalgic comedy "Leaving Iowa" by Tim Clue and Spike Manton
Dayton, Ohio - Buckle up for a journey filled with nostalgia and plenty of family adventure! The Carroll Freedom Players proudly present Leaving Iowa, a touching and hilarious comedy by Tim Clue and Spike Manton, running November 14-16 at Archbishop Carroll High School.
Leaving Iowa follows Don Browning, a middle-aged writer who sets out to find the perfect resting place for his father’s ashes. Don’s journey turns into a series of hilarious flashbacks to family vacations filled with car trips, quirky roadside attractions, and plenty of chaos. This play captures the humor and heart of growing up, family bonds, and the realization that sometimes the journey truly matters more than the destination.
Join us for an evening of laughter, nostalgia, and heartfelt moments as our talented students bring this beloved comedy to life!
Show Dates: November 14th and 15th at 7:00 pm and November 16th at 2:00 pm
Tickets are available online, or at the door. $12 for Adults and $10 for Students/Senior Citizens.
