Call for Artists! 2019 Art on the Commons

One of the most popular Dayton-area art festivals returns this August for its 31st year! Rosewood Arts Centre presents Art on the Commons at Kettering’s Lincoln Park Civic Commons on Sunday, August 11th. Through its history, Art on the Commons has continued to be a highly competitive, juried, fine arts art festival for the Miami Valley and surrounding region. Some of the artists have remained part of the Art on the Commons community since its inception, and have added to the festival’s richness and consistency.

Here’s what our artists say about their experience with Art on the Commons:

“It’s a really wonderful show. It is one of the most well run with some of the best volunteers of the shows I do. And really the loveliest setting of any of them. It is a good size, not too large or small”

“Great show and location! All helpers were wonderful and friendly!

“Thanks so much for the terrific assistance in set-up. These guys were a godsend!

If you would like to be part of this year’s Art on the Commons, apply at playkettering.org/aotc by March 31st. Please contact us by email at aotc@ketteringoh.org or by phone at (937) 296-0294 with your questions!
