Informative panel discusses the intersection between brain health, mental health, and nutrition.

Wright Memorial Public Library and the Brain Health Collective are hosting an Open House of the exhibit "Brain Health Awareness" with three guest speakers from the University of Dayton on Tuesday, March 24th at 3 pm in the Wright Library Community Room. Drs. Susan Davies and Scott Hall will speak on the mental health component of comprehensive brain health and Dr. Diana Cuy Castellanos will address nutrition and dietetics.  Coffee and cookies will be served. 

The Brain Health Awareness Exhibit will be on display at Wright Library from March 22 to April 10, 2026. 

The Brain Health Collective is a partnership between the University of Dayton, The Dayton Foundation, and multiple individuals and organizations dedicated to producing interdisciplinary research and community partnerships that contribute to the greater good of brain health.

Dr. Susan Davies is Chair of the Department of Counselor Education and Human Services at the University of Dayton and Director of the Brain Health Collective.

Dr. Scott Hall is the Program Coordinator & Professor of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton.

Dr. Diana Cuy Castellanos is a professor in the Department of Health and Sport Science.
