Aquatic Manager 

  • Full Time: 40 hours per week 

  • Weekend Availability Required 

Join a fast-paced, culture driven work environment for the largest swim school franchise worldwide. The Aquatic Manager works alongside the General Manager to manage, train, and maintain the Aquatic staff, thereby ensuring excellent customer service, quality swim lessons, and a safe facility.

Job Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Must love people and support our company mission of drowning prevention in the community  

  • Minimum High School Education, preferred bachelor’s degree

Daily Job Responsibilities: 

  • At least 2 consistent teaching shifts, upholding Aqua-Tot’s quality curriculum standards 

  • Become Master Water Safety Instructor and Certified Pool Operator certified (training will be provided by Aqua-Tots) 

  • Uphold excellent customer service by communicating effectively with potential and existing customers while building relationships with the families 

  • Provide information about our facility, swim program, mission and core values  

  • Handle customer concerns gracefully by using customer-focused principles in every customer interaction? 

  • Supervise/plan/anticipate aquatic scheduling and staffing needs 

  • Interviewing/hiring/training/evaluating/discipling/firing of staff 

  • Lead monthly in-service trainings for the Aquatic team 

  • Ensure safety in and out of the water is the number one priority through deck supervising and maintaining cleanliness of facility 

  • Monitor Master Water Safety Instructors and create training/evaluation schedules for all aquatic staff to uphold Aqua-Tots quality curriculum standards 

  • Pull weekly aquatic reports to ensure proper student progression and consistency  

  • Ensure that pool room & water are in code at all times  

  • Become comfortable navigating our Point-of-Sale and Customer Relationship Management platforms ?
