There's a chill in the air as the Fall of 2020 has arrived in the Miami Valley. Leaves are starting to fall off the trees, pumpkins are being harvested and turned into jack-o-lanterns, and Dayton Local has unearthed some of the most horrifying and best haunted houses around Dayton.
Prepare to be terrified as you venture through the scariest haunted houses in Dayton Ohio.
Haunts that are skipping 2020 (but expect to return next year) include the Halloween Haunt at Kings Island, Wilmington Haunted Hollow Ride, Lewisburg Haunted Cave, and the Haunted Wagon Rides at Youngs Dairy. Horror Acres in Springfield are now permanently closed. In addition, the popular Pumpkin Glow on Stoddard Avenue that is normally featured on this page has been canceled for 2020.
