Spinach Salad with bacon, mushrooms, and red wine vinaigrette

2nd Course

6oz Salmon
Pan seared served over roasted brown rice and chives with a teriyaki and wasabi mayo, topped with fried onions

Salmon Rolls (3)
Rolled with sesame and poppy seeds stuffed with zucchini, yellow squash, onions, and carrots, served over teriyaki sauce and wasabi mayo topped with marinated seaweed

6oz Filet
Certified angus beef with port wine demi-glaze topped with roasted shallots garlic and fresh spinach, served with cheddar smashed red skin potatoes

3rd Course
