Eat More Chocolate! The Monster Pairing class the second class in our chocolate tasting series, is all fun, out of the box flavor combinations with single origin bean to bar craft chocolate.
This Monster Pairing Chocolate class will featuring pairings from local and area farmers and makers, including Mission of Mary Cooperative, Guided by Mushrooms, Dohner Maple Products, The Rhined.
We continue our Chocolate Tasting series with fun and exciting out of the box flavor pairings with amazing single origin bean to bar craft chocolate. Class will include 5 Monster Pairings, 3 additional chocolate samples, flavor tasting wheel, palate cleanse, and instruction. Past pairings have included: Peruvian white chocolate with wasabi, Bleu cheese + Honey and Honduran chocolate, Brazilian chocolate with roasted garlic + rosemary, Fresh fig + fresh apricot + candied meyer lemon peel with Madagascar chocolate and triple cream, heirloom Ecuadorian chocolate + salted rosemary focacia.
Bars will be available for purchase on site.
