Barcelona Tapas Week at El Meson
While you're sitting there, sipping on a glass of Tempranillo, the waiter comes by with figs wrapped in prosciutto, you grab one off the tray and take another sip of wine. Your mind drifts off to that one trip you took to Barcelona, sitting ocean side the waves slowing beating against the coast as you soak in all of the sun. Your partner brings you another glass of wine and now you find yourself in a bar in Barcelona's bustling market district, your server has filled your table with crostinis, spreads and artisan olives, as you tell stories with old friends and new acquaintances alike. Now the sun has set and you realize, though the senses may have told you otherwise, you never actually left Ohio.
Barcelona Tapas Week takes place February 6-10, with seatings at 5:30 and 7pm on Tuesday through Thursday and at 5:30, 7 and 8:30pm on Friday and Saturday.
We'll be offering a mix of cold sides you can grab at the bar, continual tapa service (every 15 - 20 min servers will come around with a new small offering from the kitchen), and wine and drink specials all night. Take only the tapas you like and our servers will keep track of your tab for you as you go.
This is a chance to sit and relax with your friends. To enjoy a glass of wine and let impulse and taste guide your meal throughout an evening of great conversation.
Online registration for the event is free, but required.
