Stroller Strong Moms
Join us for a free Mommy and Me workout class at Dayton Mall. A certified Stroller Strong Moms - Dayton Area fitness instructor will lead this class to provide moms a unique, fun and challenging total body workout (but don't worry, all fitness levels are welcome). Oh, and your kiddos get to come along in their stroller! The fitness class will last one hour followed by a craft time for the little ones.
