You don't have to be a poet to enjoy our Poetry Party for Teens

Sylvia Plath, Ocean Vuong, Walt Whitman, and now… YOU! Join us for our Poetry Party at the Franklin Branch on Thursday, July 24 to try your hand at poetry collages and find out if you have what it takes to be one of the poetry greats! Cut out words and pictures from old magazines, embellish with scrapbook paper and stickers, and let your creativity flow during this teen program. All supplies needed will be provided but feel free to bring anything you’d like to add to your collage! And don’t worry, no one will have to read their poems aloud but everyone is welcomed to do so if they’d like
